Return and Refund Policy

Our company offers a 14-day refund and return policy for our customers. If 14 days have elapsed since the date of purchase, we cannot process a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and include the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for perishable goods (such as food or flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, only partial refunds will be granted, including but not limited to: -Books with obvious signs of use -Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records -Any product not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error -Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will send an email notification indicating the status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We will only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email {email address} and ship the product to {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable. A trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended for high-value items.
